Development of an E-Book-Based Flexibility Training Model for Karate

Sports activities are considered very necessary to maintain body and physical condition amid the convenience offered by technology science. Currently, one of most popular sports in Indonesia is karate. However, lack sources information knowledge about karate training hinders process possible preparation. Therefore, this study developed a easy e-book-based flexibility model, which can be applied practically increase power sports. The design research model for development e-book will carried out using Borg Gall model. In full, steps modification consist following ten steps: 1) preliminary research, 2) planning, 3) initial product development, 4) limited field test, 5) revision test results, 6) wider 7) broader 8) operational 9) 10) dissemination implementation final product. As result, effectiveness e-books at Lemkari dojo showed relatively improved post-test results. results pre-test through flexiometer tests large-scale karateka trials "very good" category 32.66%, "good" 67.5%, "Medium" 0%, less 0% "ugly" 0%.
